Returns

If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will issue a full refund within 60 days of delivery.

Returns are easy and hassle-free. To start a return, send us an email at support@vayose.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number

That’s it! After confirming your return, we’ll give you instructions and a return address. Send us your return, and you’ll be issued a refund immediately. 

Please note that to qualify for the money back guarantee, returns must include all original contents (including the box it came in). If one or more original contents are missing, we can only provide a partial refund. We also do not provide return labels.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right (free of charge!)

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You'll receive a refund confirmation email, and it will show up on your statement in 5-8 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
